1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product or service was purchased directly from Emerald Natura Organics.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.
  • The refund request is submitted within 2 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Please note that certain items and services are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • All cold-pressed oils (including groundnut, sesame, coconut, and other edible oils) once opened or used.
  • Customized orders or bulk purchases made specifically on request.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at emeraldnaturaorganics@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting evidence (if applicable)

Once your request is received, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3 to 4 business days

If approved, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 4 to 5 business days from the date of approval.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at emeraldnaturaorganics@gmail.com

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange, please email us at emeraldnaturaorganics@gmail.com with details of the issue and attach clear photos if possible.



The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
