1. Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email.
  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Returns are not accepted for perishable, personal care, or hygiene-related products (due to safety and hygiene reasons).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as “non-returnable.”
  • Digital or downloadable content.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide instructions for the return process.


3. Refunds

  • After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 to 5 business days and credited to your original payment method or bank account.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emeraldnaturaorganics@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
